LAP is looking for a new Secretary!
As Secretary of the LAP board you will manage incoming e-mails, from questions by fellow PhDs to (promotion) requests, ensuring everyone receives a timely and helpful response. During board meetings, you are the notekeeper, keeping track of action points and decisions being made. You're often the first to receive important updates and relevant information, which you share with the rest of the board members.
The entire board has meetings every 2-3 weeks, and regular meetings with the Dean, Graduate School, and other LUMC parties. In return, you get to learn about the ins and outs of the LUMC, work with a diverse board of motivated fellow PhDs, who want to make a difference for the PhD community. You have the chance to bring your own ideas to life! Send us an e-mail in case you're interested, and we can plan a meeting to get to know each other!
