Vitality Box Masterclass
Working in an academic hospital can feel like being a top athlete: performing under pressure, full schedules, deadlines, criticism, setbacks... In this masterclass by Katja Cardol (PhD) - sports & health psychologist and mental performance coach for the professional cycling team Red Bull-BORA-Hansgrohe - the role of stress in wellbeing and vitality will be addressed. Sustainability conference for students & PhD candidates in The Hague: apply by 1 March
