Recognising the diversity of PhD talents
Leiden University is hosting a significant event focused on evolving PhD trajectories to better align with the future of academia. The seminar highlights the necessity of recognizing the broad diversity of talents PhD candidates bring to their research fields. A central theme is the integration of Open Science practices. The event emphasizes that PhD candidates are key drivers in the shifting views on what a PhD should contain. This workshop takes the approach of 'for and by PhD candidates' and aims to be a space to share and co-create practical, actionable strategies. Outcomes will be packaged into a policy brief addressed to Dutch universities. Participants may list their names as contributors if they wish. Sign up here!
